What the solution supports

Software that fits production and warehouse work

The challenge

From the order to work on the floor

In the production of pipe supports, order processing, material stock, purchasing and time registration are closely related. Office information needs to match what people do in production and the warehouse. For Power Piping, Radorfa brought these activities together in custom software, with a mobile application for item registration.

The solution

PowerScan as the central working environment

The solution connects production administration with activities on the work floor. Each part has a clear purpose.

PowerScan

The central system supports order processing, production, inventory management, purchasing, time registration and reporting. Employees access the relevant business processes within the same application.

Warehouse App

Employees use a smartphone or tablet to move, count and register items. Registration takes place where warehouse work happens.

Label printers

Label printers connected to PowerScan print industrial labels directly from the production environment, linking label work to the software in use.

In daily use

From business process to everyday activity

PowerScan and the Warehouse App support different roles within the same production environment. These are the activities the solution brings together.

  1. Manage orders and productionPowerScan provides the environment for order processing and production, alongside purchasing and inventory management.
  2. Register items on the work floorEmployees use the Warehouse App on a smartphone or tablet for counts, movements and item registration.
